Producing High-Quality Seeds

We’re dedicated to developing hybrid seeds that help farmers improve their performance and productivity under increasingly complex climatic conditions.

Seed Production Areas

MAS Seeds operates in three central production areas, each with a network of seed growers, a processing plant and a seed laboratory. Across Europe MAS Seeds has the capacity to produce seed for more than 25,000 hectares of maize, sunflower and various species (alfalfa, soybean, sorghum, cover crops, forage mixtures, etc.)

Key Locations

  • Haut-Mauco, France
  • Zaragoza, Spain

  • Dnipro region, Ukraine

  • San Pietro di Morubio (Verona), Italy

We expanded our production zone to Russia and worked with Turkey and Italy to diversify our seed origins. MAS Seed also offers parental line seed, experimental seed and out of season production networks in Africa and Americas.

Diversification Crop Factory

Specialized in crop mixtures and diversification crops

Acquired in 2016, the MAS Seeds site in San Pietro di Morubio, Italy, specializing in cover crops and fodder mixtures, multiplied its production capacity to supply both the Italian market and neighboring countries. This production facility makes it possible to mix nearly 300 varieties from about sixty, species including cover crops, soybean, alfalfa, sorghum, forage mixtures, grasses and cereals.

Today MAS Seeds provide a diversified seed offer adapted to wide range of agroclimatic conditions to promote a sustainable cultivation, to protect soils, support dairy farms' feed autonomy and respond to environmental challenges.

Seed Quality is Our Priority

Each seed processing facility has high-tech industrial capacities and is ESTA quality assurance system certified in France, Spain and Ukraine. Each facility follows a strictly managed quality procedure. Production protocols are adapted to each variety with quality controls at each step of the process. « A la carte » calibration methods are applied to guarantee the best seed homogeneity in each bag. Our factories in France, Spain and Italy are ORGANIC certified in order to deliver the same high quality in organic seeds.
